Description:

A lubricant that is based on  a solvent-refined, high viscosity index mineral oil specially selected for its high  thermal and oxidation stability. Perfecto HT 5 is primarily intended for use in closed heat transfer systems with bulk temperatures up to 300ºC. It can also be used in open systems at much lower bulk oil temperatures. Perfecto HT 5 because of its solvency and high thermal stability serves as an excellent Turbine Flushing oil.

Advantages:
  • Tightly controlled specification helps minimize deposits in heat exchangers in order to maintain heat transfer efficiency.

Description:

A lubricants that is based upon premium quality mineral oils enhanced with rust and oxidation inhibitors to give maximum protection at high temperatures. Perfecto X grades are recommended for industrial gas turbines where the lubricant is likely to be exposed to very high localized temperatures. They are also suitable for the lubrication of steam turbines and combined cycle generating systems where the steam and gas turbines share a common supply. Perfecto X grades possess superior air release performance, good resistance to foaming and excellent water separation properties. Perfecto X is fully compatible with nitrile, silicone and fluoropolymer seal materials.

Description:

A powerful lubricant that solvent deposited corrosion preventive with excellent dewatering properties. The solvent, after evaporation, leaves an oily protective film. Rustilo DWX 21 rapidly removes water from components subsequent to electroplating processes, after machining using soluble cutting fluids, or parts that have been washed. The residual oily film provides effective short-term protection against corrosion on parts and components during intermediate storage or transportation. Although Rustilo DWX 21 can be applied by brushing or spraying, its dewatering action is most effective if the articles to be protected can be immersed in a dip tank.

Description:

A water displacing corrosion preventive lubricant for up to 12 months protection (please refer to the statement at the end of this document). Rustilo DWX 22 is a clear brown fluid composed of petroleum waxes, corrosion inhibitors, dewatering and wetting agents in a hydrocarbon solvent. It leaves a soft greasy film after drying. Rustilo DWX 22 is a medium term protective for a variety of applications in machine shops and heavy machinery and plant manufacture. It can also be used as a mild lubricant, e.g. in press work applications.

  • Contains a powerful corrosion inhibitor – suitable for severe conditions. Excellent protection of components.

Rustilo DWX 30 rapidly removes water from components subsequent to electroplating processes, after machining using soluble cutting fluids, or parts that have been washed. The very thin residual film provides effective medium term protection against corrosion during intermediate storage or transportation. Rustilo DWX 30 can also be used as a lubricant for mild press working, where corrosion protection without further treatment is required. Although Rustilo DWX 30 can be applied by brushing or spraying, its dewatering action is most effective if the articles to be protected can be immersed in a dip tank.

Description:

A range of greases which comprises lithium based products containing highly refined mineral oils and fortified with extreme pressure (EP) additives as well as corrosion and oxidation inhibitors. These greases have been formulated with additives that provide good film strength under medium to high loads.

Description:

A complex calcium sulphonate grease providing superior performance benefits in the highly aggressive conditions experienced in the marine environment. Spheerol SX 2 is a true multipurpose ship machinery lubricant, specifically developed to provide enhanced lubrication and protection for bearings, wire ropes and open gears usually found in marine environments. Spheerol SX 2 is suitable for most journal bearings, wire ropes and open gears used in marine deck equipment and can be considered for roller, ball and needle bearings generally used in engine room equipment.

Description:

A synthetic, nitrite free grinding fluid, which is Castrol's latest answer to these problems. It may be used both for Creep Feed and general grinding with no inclination to foam or mist. Castrol Syntilo 25 is compatible with both ferrous and non-ferrous metals.

Syntilo 77 EF can be used in both single sump machines as well as central systems.

It forms a clear, stable solution in both hard and soft waters. Syntilo 9930 exhibits good anti-corrosion properties coupled with a high resistance to bacterial attack.

Description:

A high performance synthetic cutting and grinding fluid for ferrous metals. This oil-rejecting fluid performs the most difficult operations with superior performance. Syntilo 9954 performs exceptionally well as a replacement for straight cutting oils in applications such as gun-drilling and gear hobbing. Syntilo 9954 is a clean fluid capable of reducing overall production costs while satisfying the most critical machining requirements.

Description:

A mineral oil and formaldehyde releasing agent free synthetic metalworking fluid formulated especially for the grinding of cemented tungsten carbide. It contains an additive package that provides good corrosion protection to machine tools and parts. The fluid also provides excellent product stability which helps to lower the overall operational costs. Syntilo CR 68 is suitable for large central systems and single sump machines.

Description:

A mildly alkaline emulsion cleaner based on a low viscosity mineral oil, containing film forming additives and coupling agents. The product is supplied as a concentrate for dilution with water prior to use. Techniclean S-RP is specifically designed to combine the benefits of cleaning and superior corrosion protection, suitable for use in a wide range of industrial spray and flood wash machines. The product leaves an ultra thin, oily film on metal surfaces after the evaporation of the water phase.

Variocut G 600 HC
Description:

A low viscosity, low misting and low vapor neat cutting oil based on the latest generation of EHVI hydrocracked base oils and new chlorine free additive technology. Variocut G 600 HC has been designed for gear grinding and shaping with CBN- and carborundum wheels. Variocut G 600 HC can be used in both individual machines and in centralized systems. In order to maximize product performance it is recommended that adequate filtration equipment is used.
